When is the commencement?

• Saturday, October 10, 2020 at 1:00 pm.

Will every student be represented in the virtual graduation? What if a student does not submit content?

• The virtual graduation can include all students and the submission forms are mobile-friendly. For those who do not submit content, their name would still be read and a video would be prepared with school content.

What happens the day of the ceremony?

Students and their love ones will go to a website hosted by StageClip that will allow them to experience a communal moment while they all watch the ceremony all at once. They will be able to view their personal slides and clips, and hear their names announced either as part of the video presentation, or individually by searching the slides.

Where will the virtual ceremony be hosted?

Your ceremony will be hosted on YouTube Premiere and a link will be provided to you to share with attendees.

How will graduates access the Virtual Ceremony website?

StageClip will send a link where students can access their content. Clips can be downloaded for one year post the ceremony date.

Where is the commencement ceremony venue located?

It will be a virtual ceremony. Link will be provided to all graduates.

What if there is a discrepancy with my GPA and honors status?

See the Office of the Registrar before the ceremony. We are unable to handle GPA
disputes.

Am I allowed to decorate my cap?

Yes. No obscenities.

When will I get my diploma?

Diplomas will be available at a later date from the Office of the Registrar.
